Data can also be what paralyzes us from seeing the future potential. The world is ever-changing and we must constantly be thinking of what trends - social, economic, technological, or otherwise - are impacting what to do next. I enjoy asking questions and seeing where they lead.

I have experience leading teams for reporting and analysis, budgets and forecasting, and experience design. This gives me a unique perspective in operations, in finance, and in consumer demand. I bring these skills together to ask out of the box questions and dive into the details differently. I take what I learn and develop product visions that are innovative.

Oversee full end to end for the purchase experience at CSAA for agents and customers. This includes all web assets, APIs, and  strategic roadmaps.
